Joshua was only 1 month old

On February 2nd, 2022, little Joshua was taken to the Toro Babies Home by an officer and a relative. Joshua was born on January 3rd, 2022. His 16-year-old mother was anemic and sadly died shortly after he was born. The father is only 17 years old. The Toro Babies Home is moving on as usual with 45 children now. This month we took over a baby called Atuhairwe Gift whose 17 years old mother died after giving birth. Quarantine in Toro Babies Home

Directly after Christmas party on 22th December we got the notice, that Covid-19 even reached Toro Babies Home. Almost all volunteers and almost all mothers have been tested positive for Covid.
