Thanks to the additional donation from Spanish volunteers, Gift and Maria received additional physiotherapy sessions in the baby home. The progress is remarkable. Gift's body is generally less tense and she can now hold a cup and drink herself. Maria can even walk on objects! Fortunately, we only had a few visits to the hospital in July. Only Ronald Tayebwa, a baby, had to spend three days in hospital because of respiratory infections. Singura Godwin is referred to a bigger hospital in Kampala for tonsil surgery. Planning for this has begun.
