Renovation Preparations

Together with Peter Painter, Plumber David and Accountant Joan, as well as Matron Betty, we started the renovation of the staff and office houses. On December 6th, 2021 I arrived at Fort Portal with Father Joseph, Chairman of the Toro Babies Home. His driver from Caritas picked him up in Kampala and I was able to go along together with the luggage and donations . Simon underwent surgery

Accountant Joan and Dan drove to Kampala in a private car with Simon and Mother Beatrice on Sunday morning as our employed driver Julius broke his arm. Premature baby Simon suffering from a hernia – enabling medical help together!

Little baby Simon Isingoma was admitted to Toro Babies Home just one day after his birth. He and his twin sister Gerlinde Nzakato were born prematurely and lost their mother at birth. Due to the premature birth, Simon had to fight for his life already in the first weeks and he is still suffering from the consequences of the early birth. Simon already weighed 3.7 kg.
