What was long overdue has now been implemented: a new kitchen with firewood. The old kitchen was becoming increasingly threatening to the health of the cooks and also consumed more resources than necessary due to the many damages. Cooking with wood will however be maintained, as this is also part of the traditional cuisine and it makes more sense to let some dishes simmer on the wood fire instead of gas. Childrens needs parents donated and organized a new building. The new kitchen looks wonderful and we are looking forward to cooking in it!
