In February, four children aged three and over were transferred into the care of Love Without Boundaries Foundation to receive additional protection and care until the age of 18, as their parents were unable to look after them. This American charity provides foster parents from the local area for our kids who do not have a family of their own to return them to when they are three to four years old.
The Toro Babies Home and local social service workers work closely together to ensure that these children receive the best possible care and support on an ongoing basis. Regular monitoring visits are made to the foster families by the association, the Babies Home and the social services.
