Hiring a Pediatric Nurse
To identify and treat health issues more quickly and to provide our children with disabilities with even more intensive care and therapy, we would like to hire a pediatric nurse—initially on a part-time basis—who will regularly examine the children as part of the German preventive health checkups and digitally document the results for each child on a regular basis. This will allow our pediatricians in Germany to be easily involved in the process.
Moderate increase in salary
In the long run, the salaries of our staff need to be moderately increased. Many of our Mothers work very, very hard and would have quit long ago if they were not so connected to the children and the Baby Home. Just imagine the nights with five babies and three toddlers…. Especially with regard to a good development of the children, we want to introduce standards and attach importance to qualified staff.
