In July, the baby home provided a home for a total of 50 children, 23 girls and 27 boys. Seven children are under 3 months old. Anyone who has cared for babies can imagine how much attention and care the very young ones need. In the meantime, we provided shelter for 2 boys who were rescued by the police from an abduction situation (see article dated 21 July 2023). They were taken in by “Love Without Boundaries” after a short time.
“Love Without Boundaries” is now one of our new partners. They support us in finding a sustainable family solution for our children, be it by finding relatives or foster/adoptive parents. In each case this was a very involved and difficult process that consumed a lot of resources. “Love Without Boundaries has several years of experience in East Africa.
