This month, we received two new babies: the twin siblings Kato Joseph and Nyangoma Rosemary. At just one month old, they already have an unusual story.
Their mother is only 14 years old and has just completed primary school. The father is also a student at a secondary school. Under these circumstances, the grandmothers were unable to care for the babies. Therefore, a probation officer from the Bunyangabu District recommended transferring these children to the Toro Babie Home.
