Construction of the Kasiisi Farm House was successfully completed on May 19, 2025, on schedule and in compliance with safety and quality standards, achieving all project objectives within the specified time and budget.
The project included the construction of a bedroom, a living room, and a storage room for the Kasiisi Farm Manager. The main construction components included site preparation and foundation work, framing and structural work, roofing and cladding and electrical wiring.
The new farmhouse effectively meets the requirements of the Toro Babies Home.
Contract value: UGX 18,432,000 / €4,815.96, Final cost: UGX 16,863,000, Balance: UGX 1,569,000, which will be saved for the construction of an improved pit latrine at the farm.
The Farm Manager has already moved in and residing at the farm.
